Robert J. O'Donnell, DDS

Dr. O'Donnell has provided comprehensive dental care for generations of families in the Atlanta area since 1989.

After receiving an undergraduate degree in Microbiology from The University of Georgia, he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1986 from Emory University. He served five years as Clinical Instructor for Emory's Department of General Practice Residency for Post Graduate Dentistry and opened his own practice in 1989.

Dr. O'Donnell embraces ongoing training for himself and his staff, and he promotes a patient-focused commitment to optimal oral health care, for all ages. A strong believer in community service, he stays very active in a number of professional associations and volunteer organizations.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. O'Donnell enjoys time with his family at their home in Milton. Traveling and golf are some favorite pastimes, and it's not uncommon to find him in the North Carolina mountains on the weekends.

Dr. O'Donnell has been married to his wife Cheryl since 1996; they are active members of St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church in Roswell. They are the proud parents of two daughters, both 2023 graduates of the University of Georgia. Kathleen currently resides locally and works in Buckhead for a commercial insurance brokerage firm. Ryan attends the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University and plans to practice with her dad after her graduation in 2027.
